How to use The Happy List:

The Happy List:

<aside> ๐Ÿ˜‡ Here you can write all the dreams that makes you happy. Donโ€™t worry that it would become a reality or not. Just write what makes you happy. Make sure you include a cover for each list you create on the Happy list. You can add a cover by clicking on the happy list and when you hover over the title you get the option to add cover. Just add the cover according to your happy list. So, Now start adding beautiful happy lists. Check out the examples page to learn more on how to create an effective happy list. Make sure you add at least 20 lists on your happy list. Make sure you provide a deadline for each of your tasks. Itโ€™s always better to start on a new month and set the goal to complete all the tasks within the end of the year.

Month:

<aside> ๐Ÿ—“๏ธ Now, itโ€™s time to bring the happy list into action. Take the dreams that you can achieve by the end of this month and put it inside the Month group. Just drag and drop it right inside the Month list to get an overview of the tasks that we need to complete by the end of this month.

Today:

<aside> ๐Ÿ“… Now, Itโ€™s time to focus on today, From the Month group bring in the tasks that you are going to achieve today and write a plan on how you will achieve that dream.

Daily Tasks:

<aside> ๐Ÿ” Some dreams need to be done every single day to make it a reality. For example: If Building a six pack body is your dream than you need to work on it every single day to achieve it. In such cases, bring those tasks inside the Daily tasks group.

Done:

<aside> โœ… If you complete a task, bring it inside the Done group and make sure you write how did you feel inside that list. This will give you an extra power to complete all your dreams and stay happy all day.
